Why? Because out there are a lot of adolescents and young grown ups which find themselved to be inside the BDSM spectrum but have a lack of trustworthy information and people of their age they can ask the many questions they have.

What is the purpose of the SMJG?

The main purpose of this organisation is to give young people with interest in BDSM a plattform which alllows people to ask questions and get answers from people close their age, thus preventing dangerous situations and unsafe BDSM play.

What does it do?

The SMJG.org  organizes regular meetings in currently 38 cities throughout germany and austria  for  teenagers and young adults with interest in BDSM. Also the offer a mailing list, an online forum, and a moderated IRC channel.

They  adhere to german  laws regarding protection of underage people and have high standards as far as I know regarding the  quality of information the provide.
